Do I need a prescription?
Only for prescription medicines. Upload a valid, readable prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. The partner pharmacy may decline an order if the prescription is invalid, incomplete, unclear or expired.
Who prepares my medicine order?
Local partner pharmacies, starting with Prabhat Medical. MedGro does not replace a doctor or pharmacist, so please use medicines as directed.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They depend on your location, traffic, weather and how long the store takes to prepare your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before the order is dispatched from the store. After dispatch, cancellation is generally not possible, especially for perishable groceries. See our cancellation policy.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are credited to your MedGro wallet by default. If you want the money back in your bank account, UPI or card, ask through an in-app message or contact support. Read the full refund policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
How is my personal data used?
