Where we deliver

MedGro currently delivers in Dombivli, Maharashtra. Some orders may not be possible because of delivery-area limitations.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, store processing time, and other operational factors. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, MedGro may cancel or modify the order after notifying you.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges and promotional offers may change from time to time. Applicable taxes and charges are shown at checkout where required.

Tracking your order

You can follow your order in the MedGro app once it is on its way.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect perishable items when they arrive. If an item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, raise the request at the time of delivery. See our refund policy.
