At MedGro (medgro.site), customer satisfaction is our top priority. MedGro operates as a hyperlocal delivery platform providing instant doorstep delivery of authentic medicines, fresh groceries, and daily essentials.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch (Free Cancellation): You may request cancellation of your order while the order is still marked as "Pending" and before the partner store accepts and begins preparing or dispatching the items.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been picked up by our delivery partner or dispatched (especially for fresh groceries or perishables), cancellation is generally not permitted.
- Automatic Cancellations: MedGro may cancel orders if out of stock, invalid/missing prescription, address out of service area, or customer unreachable by phone.
2. Refund Policy
A. Pharmacy & Medicines
Due to safety regulations, prescription medicines are generally not returnable except in case of: Wrong product delivered, visibly damaged packaging, or expired item. Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographs.
B. Grocery & Daily Essentials
Customers must inspect perishable goods immediately upon delivery. Return/replacement requests for spoiled or damaged groceries must be raised at delivery time.
3. Refund Processing & Wallet Policy
- Instant In-App Wallet Refund: Approved refunds will by default be credited instantly to your MedGro In-App Wallet for seamless checkout.
- Original Payment Method (Bank/UPI): If preferred, customers can request a refund back to their bank/UPI/card through support. Banking timelines apply.
