1. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account on MedGro.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and registered mobile number.
• All information provided during registration, including your delivery address and contact details, must be accurate and up to date.

2. Services & Product Availability

• MedGro operates as a hyperlocal delivery platform connecting local pharmacies, grocery stores, and vendors with customers.
• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, MedGro may cancel or modify the order after notifying the customer.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, store processing time, and other operational factors. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

3. Prescription Medicines Policy

• Orders containing prescription medicines may require the customer to upload a valid and legible prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner.
• Partner pharmacies may review prescriptions and refuse to fulfill an order when the prescription is invalid, incomplete, unclear, expired, or otherwise does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• MedGro does not encourage the purchase or use of prescription medicines without appropriate medical authorization.

4. Grocery, Perishables & Safety Regulations

• Quality & Freshness: Grocery and perishable items (such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery goods) are sourced directly from partner vendors. Customers are advised to inspect perishable items upon delivery.
• Storage & Consumption: Customers are solely responsible for proper storage, refrigeration, and consumption of grocery and food items according to product packaging guidelines and expiry dates.
• Return of Groceries: Due to the perishable nature of certain food and grocery items, return or replacement requests must be raised immediately at the time of delivery if the item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. Once accepted, perishable goods are generally non-returnable.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on MedGro are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed at checkout where required.
• Product prices, delivery charges, and promotional offers may change from time to time.
• Available payment methods may include online payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability and eligibility.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched from the store. Once an order has been dispatched (especially for perishable groceries or prepared items), cancellation is generally not permitted.

Platform Cancellation

MedGro may cancel an order due to product unavailability, operational constraints, incorrect pricing, invalid prescription, delivery area limitations, or suspicious activity.

Refunds & Wallet Policy

Approved refunds for cancelled or returned orders will by default be credited instantly to the customer’s MedGro In-App Wallet for a seamless checkout experience. However, if a customer prefers a refund to their original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) instead of the wallet, they can request the same by raising an in-app message or contacting support. Such refunds will be processed according to standard banking timelines.

7. Product Quality & Limitation of Liability

MedGro facilitates the delivery of products supplied by partner pharmacies, grocery vendors, and independent sellers. Product-specific matters, including manufacturing quality, nutritional content, dosage, medical suitability, side effects, allergies, food safety, and adverse reactions, remain subject to the manufacturer's information and applicable health standards. MedGro does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, or food safety expert. Customers should use medicines and consume food items responsibly and as directed.

8. Changes to These Terms

MedGro may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
