Welcome to MedGro ("Application", "we", "us", "our"). MedGro is a multi-vendor hyperlocal marketplace platform that provides delivery services for Pharmacy (Medicines), Groceries, and other daily essentials. By downloading, installing, or using the MedGro mobile application or website (prabhatmedical.xyz), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • To use MedGro, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (OTP, passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. PHARMACY AND MEDICAL SERVICES (SPECIFIC TERMS)

MedGro operates a Pharmacy module that connects users with licensed retail pharmacies, including our flagship store.

  • Prescription Mandate: Orders for Schedule H, H1, and X medicines will NOT be processed or delivered without a valid, legible prescription uploaded by the user through the Application.

  • Verification: Our registered pharmacists reserve the right to verify the uploaded prescription and reject the order if the prescription is expired, invalid, or suspicious.

  • No Medical Advice: MedGro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information displayed on the app regarding medicines is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified doctor.

3. GROCERY AND GENERAL STORE SERVICES

  • Product Availability: All grocery items, fresh items, and daily essentials listed on the app are subject to availability at the vendor's store at the time of order fulfillment.

  • Price Fluctuations: Prices for fresh goods (like fruits, vegetables, and dairy) may vary slightly depending on market rates. The final applicable price will be shown at checkout.

4. DELIVERY, ZONES, AND CHARGES

  • Hyperlocal Boundaries: MedGro operates within designated Zones (primarily Dombivli and surrounding regions). Orders placed outside our operational zones will be automatically cancelled.

  • Delivery Logistics: Delivery timelines provided at the time of ordering are estimates. While we strive for express delivery, delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen technical challenges are not liabilities of MedGro.

  • Verification Upon Delivery: For specific prescription-bound medicines, the delivery partner may ask to see the original physical copy of the prescription at the doorstep.

5. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and supported online payment gateways.

  • Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel grocery or pharmacy orders before they are marked as "Prepared" or "Dispatched" by the vendor. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

  • No-Return Policy on Medicines: Due to safety, hygiene, and government regulations, medicines once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • MedGro acts as a platform to facilitate delivery. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, or medical complications arising from the consumption of medicines ordered through the app.

  • The manufacturer of the product remains solely responsible for product quality, packaging defects, and incorrect labeling.

7. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

  • MedGro reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane/Mumbai, Maharashtra.
